Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Calling Crystals. The following terms apply to any products you purchase from us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words with initial capital letters have the meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions:
- Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to Calling Crystals, located at 502, 5th Floor, Shree Laxmi Tower, Kolbad Road, Opposite Sachin Industries, Thane West, Maharashtra, 400601.
- Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders means a request by you to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Calling Crystals, accessible at https://callingcrystals.in/.
- You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days of receipt of the Goods or when a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product. The cancellation is valid only within 7 days from the receipt of the product.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us with a clear statement. You can notify us of your cancellation by:

Once we receive the returned Goods, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned items. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the Order, and no additional fees will be charged for this reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The Goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
- The Goods must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition, with the original packaging intact.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons if unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the conditions are not met, at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. The return address is:

Please note that we are not responsible for any Goods damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to process a refund without receipt of the returned Goods or proof of return delivery.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items are not refundable unless prohibited by applicable law.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment partner.
Replacement & Exchange
In addition to returns, you can also opt for a replacement or exchange. The conditions for exchange or replacement are the same as for returns.
- The replacement or exchange will only be processed after the return is successfully picked up or delivered (for certain items like gemstones or personalized products).
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After receiving the returned product, we will issue a gift certificate for you.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves for later delivery, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
